Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays). Orders placed after 6:00 PM CT or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the contiguous United States (the 48 contiguous states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.
Delivery Time
After your order has been shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the contiguous United States. Delivery time estimates begin from the shipping date, not the order date. Please note that unexpected carrier delays or weather conditions may affect delivery.

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders shipped to the contiguous United States. No minimum purchase is required. No hidden fees apply.
Carriers
We work with a network of reputable carriers (including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other trusted logistics providers). The carrier for your order will be determined based on your shipping address and package specifications. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Order Tracking
A shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available on the carrier’s website.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at info@wigsshop.it.com.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a carrier marks a package as “delivered,” we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have not received your package but it shows as delivered, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist you with any necessary documentation.
