30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused and unworn – in the same condition that you received it.
- Original packaging – including all tags, labels, and any accessories.
- Quality-related issue – if the item has a manufacturing defect or quality problem, it is also eligible.
Items that have been worn, washed, styled, altered, or show any signs of use (including perfume, smoke, or pet odors) will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Non‑Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked on the product page)
- Gift cards
- Items returned after the 30‑day window
- Items damaged by the customer (excluding shipping damage)
How to Initiate a Return

- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Affix the return label and drop off the package with the carrier.
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Return Shipping Cost
We offer free return shipping for all eligible returns. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided upon approval of your return request.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Refund Processing Time
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 1–2 business days.
Refund Timeline to Original Payment Method
Once your refund is processed, the funds will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal). Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider – typically 7–10 business days. We cannot expedite this timeline.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued (at our sole discretion) in the following situations:
- Items that show minor use but are otherwise acceptable.
- Items that are missing parts or original packaging.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at info@wigsshop.it.com. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
